Chashu
My jewelry instructor, Ralph Goldstein, can’t seem to say my name. Every week, its something new - chashu, shoshu, shishu, and most recently at a Sushi restaurant, my reservation was made for sciszu. Speaking of chashu, I’m getting hungry.

In high school, my last name always got called as “Taquito.” It’s nice being here in Japan and always having your name pronounced correctly although I still get “Kimu” instead of “Kim.”
